MAFC Club Values 2017
As part of the MAFC strategic planning process, the committee have finalised and agreed on the following values for the Club:
Fun : creating an environment where players and families can enjoy our great game
Participation : creating an environment where all our players get a fair go and feel valued
Inclusiveness : recognising our players and families are all different and unique
Empathy : ensuring we think about the other person and their needs before our own
Family : recognising the importance of creating a Club built on family values
The MAFC Committee will undertake a continued review of our performance as a Club against these values.
Remember its not' about winning or losing, its how we play and enjoy the game.
